The Gesellschaft für Akustikforschung Dresden mbH was founded as an independent company in 2002 by engineers formerly working for many years at the renowned chair of acoustics at the University of Technology Dresden. Since then, a satisfying growth has been achieved. Numerous projects have been successfully carried out for different clients in the fields of traffic noise, architectural acoustics and noise reduction of machines and vehicles. Our special fields are sound absorbers and silencers, numerical analysis, structure-borne sound and the technical localization of sound sources.
